Barrette alla frutta Mela + Cocco

The chewy coconut shreds give it a nice texture, and the apple sweetness is natural but not overpowering—exactly what I wanted in a snack.

I love that these bars have just two ingredients – apples and coconut – and no added junk. The coconut gives a nice texture, and it's satisfying without being heavy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how filling just a quarter coconut and an apple can be. Each bar tastes naturally sweet without any added sugar, and the chewy bits of coconut give it a satisfying crunch.
